welcome to girlmath (“we,” “our,” or “us”). by downloading, accessing, or using the girlmath mobile application (the “app”), you agree to these terms & conditions (“terms”). if you do not agree, please do not use the app.

end user license agreement (eula)

girlmath grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the girlmath mobile application (“app”) on any device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and strictly in accordance with these terms & conditions.

you may not:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the app or any portion of it

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app

  • use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws

  • remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or branding

all rights, title, and interest in and to the app, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of girlmath. this license does not grant you any ownership rights in the app.

we reserve the right to suspend or terminate this license at any time if you violate these terms.

1. eligibility & age requirement

you must be at least 13 years old to use girlmath.

by creating an account and using the app, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are 13 years of age or older

  • you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms

if we learn that a user is under the age of 13, we may terminate the account and delete associated data.

2. using girlmath

girlmath is a personal finance tracking app designed to help you log money you spend and money you don’t spend in order to track savings.

the app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

you agree to:

  • provide accurate information when creating an account

  • use the app only for lawful purposes

  • not attempt to interfere with or misuse the app

3. accounts

to use girlmath, you must create an account using your email address.

you are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • all activity that occurs under your account

we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. no financial advice

girlmath is not a bank, financial advisor, or investment service.

all information and features provided are for informational and tracking purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or tax advice. you are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

5. subscriptions

girlmath offers paid subscriptions and premium features.

if you choose to purchase a subscription:

  • payment will be charged through your app store account (e.g., apple app store)

  • subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)

  • subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date

you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.

6. no refunds

all purchases and subscriptions are final.

we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for:

  • unused time

  • canceled subscriptions

  • accidental purchases

  • dissatisfaction with the app

refund requests made through app stores are subject to the app store’s policies, not ours.

7. how to cancel your subscription

girlmath subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store (such as the apple app store or google play store). girlmath does not manage subscriptions directly and cannot cancel them on your behalf.

to cancel your subscription:

  1. open your phone’s settings

  2. tap your apple id (or equivalent account)

  3. select subscriptions

  4. find and select girlmath

  5. tap cancel subscription and confirm

your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. once canceled, you will not be charged again, but you will continue to have access to subscription features until the billing period ends.

all subscription payments are non-refundable, including partially used subscription periods, unless otherwise required by law.

8. app availability & changes

we may:

  • update or modify the app at any time

  • add, remove, or change features (including free or paid features)

  • temporarily or permanently discontinue the app

we are not liable if any part of the app becomes unavailable.

9. intellectual property

all content, features, branding, and design within girlmath are owned by us or licensed to us.

you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app without our written permission.

10. limitation of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • girlmath is provided “as is” and “as available”

  • we are not responsible for data loss, financial decisions, or damages arising from use of the app

your use of the app is at your own risk.

11. termination

you may stop using the app at any time.

we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

12. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the united states, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
